The City of Orlando has named Flynn Dobbs as the new Public Art Coordinator.
Dobbs, who co-owns College Park Gallery (Instagram | Website) on Edgewater Drive, will now be in charge of installing and programming new exhibitions at Orlando City Hall Terrace Gallery, supporting the Public Arts Advisory Board (on which she used to serve as a board member), and will coordinate with arts-related tasks and projects with other City of Orlando departments.
Flynn is Orlando-raised and holds a BA in Art History and Criticism with a minor in Museum Studies at Florida State University. She is a certified art appraiser and has previously worked at the Grand Bohemian Hotel as the curator and art director.
She will continue her work at College Park Gallery.
