Festival of Trees 2018
Festival of Trees is an annual 10-day holiday event that transforms the Orlando Museum of Art into a winter wonderland of designer trees, holiday music, tree lighting, children’s events, music, and holiday gifts. Story Time with Pat Greene
Join Pat Greene at Laughing Samurai for exactly 1 hour of on-the-fly storytelling. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Sound effects by Matt Duke. Limited seating available.
Ride the Rails Tour
Art, history, food, beer, and the SunRail. This limited time tour will only be available on Friday nights in November and December. Grab your tickets before this one is gone! On this 4-hour walking+riding tour, your Tour Guide will take you to two art museums, one in Downtown Orlando and one in Winter Park, via the SunRail.
Ray LaMontagne: Just Passing Through
Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Ray LaMontagne returns to the stage on his Just Passing Through acoustic tour, highlighting songs from his vast and varying body of work.

Veterans Day Parade
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and his Veterans Advisory Council will host the 19th annual City of Orlando Veterans Day Parade to honor the courageous men and women of the armed forces who have fought for our nation’s freedoms. The parade will feature marching bands, ROTC units, active duty military, decorative floats and veterans groups from all military branches representing a wide variety of conflicts. This year’s theme is honoring Purple Heart recipients and their families.
Veterans Day Celebration
Join us as we honor those who have served our country at the official after-party following the City of Orlando’s Veteran’s Day parade. This event is family-friendly and free to the public. All proceeds will go to benefit FAVOB & The Semper Fi Fund.
Maker Faire Orlando
Experience the world-renowned CELEBRATION OF INVENTION, CREATIVITY & CURIOSITY Immerse yourself in Maker culture with endless exhibits, a performance stage, big art and spectacle, hands-on making and learning— all showcasing the creative and experimental folks who make, play, tinker and hack in areas like: Robotics, Cosplay, STEM & STEAM, Crafts, Science, Electronics, Tools and Materials, Crazy things you’ve never seen, Much much more!
Thornton Park Neighborhood Clean-Up
Join us and help clean up the Thornton Park Neighborhood! What? Picking up trash in Thornton Park (garbage, cigarette butts, unsightly branches/palm fronds, gum, rocks).
Historic Homes Tour
Five homes, including classic bungalows and other traditional style homes from the 1920’s to the 1950’s, are featured on the annual Mills 50 Historic Homes Tour. Tickets are $35 in advance ($40 day of event) and include the tour plus an after party at The Guesthouse, where attendees will receive a complimentary cocktail and appetizers.
