Carmina Burana, presented by Orlando Ballet
Orlando Ballet presents the highly requested Carmina Burana, in celebration of Artistic Director, Robert Hill’s 10th anniversary season. A hypnotic feast for the senses, Carl Orff’s evocative 1930’s score will be dramatically brought to life on stage by a chorus of voices (the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park), alongside Robert Hill’s mesmerizing choreography, while the instrumentalists provide the shimmering orchestral tones to complete the enthralling experience.

Beginner’s level mushroom identification class and introduction to mycology (the study of mushrooms) with a focus on Florida mushrooms. This course will introduce students to concepts of field mycology and cover the uses and importance of mushrooms, descriptive terminology, basic taxonomy, methods of identification, proper collection and preservation techniques, major groups of mushrooms, common genera and species, and much more.
