The OnePulse Foundation has launched an initiative to aggregate suggestions for their permanent memorial at the Pulse Nightclub site in Downtown South.
An interim memorial was opened to the public on May 8, but as the name alludes to, the current green space is expected to go away on once a final design has been chosen.
The “Ideas Generator” is an open call to the community to present ideas ranging from “architecture, landscape, urbanism, and artistic intervention” for the site. The collected ideas will then be sifted through to construct the permanent Pulse Memorial and Museum.
An RFP will still be released at a later date.
Submissions will be taken from July 17 to August 31 at THIS link.
