Earth Day Work Day
Celebrate Earth Day outdoors on City Hall Plaza at Earth Day Work Day! From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 20, this lunchtime sustainability fair will feature games, giveaways, music, and tips on how to be green at work and at home. Food and beverages will be available for purchase both on City Hall Plaza and across the street at the Dr. Phillips Center Food Truck Friday.

9th Annual Heritage Center Folk and Urban Art Festival
The festival takes place in the heart and soul of Winter Park… Hannibal Square; Hannibal Square community is located three blocks west of Park Ave and has become a revitalized leisure destination for local residents and out-of-town visitors. Established in 2007 by Crealdé School of Art, the Hannibal Square Heritage Center pays tribute, to the past, present and future contributions of West Winter Park’s African American community through a permanent collection of historic photographs, oral histories and public art.

The Sketchbook Project
In these monthly meetups, participants will hone their drawing abilities and fill a sketchbook with images of Central Florida. The completed sketchbooks will be collected at the Museum on June 1, and then sent to the Brooklyn Art Library to be added to a growing collection of international sketchbooks. Your sketchbook will be digitized to ensure you can access it online after it is added to the Library’s collection.
Private Gardens of Historic Orlando Tour featuring Lake Davis
On Sunday, April 22nd, the Lake Davis Greenwood Neighborhood Association will present ‘ THE PRIVATE GARDENS OF HISTORIC ORLANDO TOUR FEATURING LAKE DAVIS’ . This year’s event will build on what has become a very popular feature on Orlando’s calendar of gardening events. The self guided tour begins at noon and ends at 5:00 pm.
