Award-winning artist, conveniently named JR Artist (Facebook | Website), is bringing his photo booth truck to 35 cities across the country as part of his Inside Out Project: Dreamers, in solidarity with the DREAM Act – a legislative proposal that qualifies alien minors for conditional residency in the United States.

Orlando residents are invited to board the photobooth truck where they will have a black and white portrait of themselves taken and then printed onto a poster. The posters will be pasted in a public space as part of a mural on the side of J. Bauman Salon in the Mills 50 District.

Over 160,000 portraits have been printed at Inside Out photobooths around the world.

The two-day event will be taking place in the J. Bauman Salon parking lot at 1043 N. Mills Avenue [GMap] on Wednesday November 15 and Thursday, November 16 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The Wednesday event will feature a food truck and music by DJ Nigel.

You may recognize JR Artist as the name behind the recent picnic event held at the US-Mexico border.
