We’ve featured Orlando-based permaculturalist Marabou Thomas and his video series before, HERE.
His latest book, Homegarden Cuisine Toolkit: Ideas for Making Food in the Humid Subtropics, looks at how to grow your own local food, based on the climate you live in. Included are recipes and meal suggestions alongside the various plant species that thrive in places like Florida.
Thomas created all of the photos and illustrations in the book.
