Noted scientists, authors, and sea-bean enthusiasts will be present for this 2-day event celebrating driftology and the treasures it yields. Displays, presentations, beach walks, contests, and discussions will make this an interesting weekend. Thursday, October 19th (3-5pm) Everyone is invited to the main conference room at the Cocoa Beach Public Library for an informal get-together and introduction, discussion of symposium plans, and to set up displays for the weekend.

10th Annual Scooters 4 Hooters
Join us for the 10th Annual Scooters 4 Hooters! Scooters 4 Hooters is the signature FUNdraising event for Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation. This 22 mile, escorted scooter ride and free celebration of life takes place annually in Downtown Orlando. You don’t need a scooter to attend this event. The day’s activities include great speakers, live music, food vendors, a silent auction, scooter raffles, and survivor tributes. This year celebrates 10 YEARS of Libby’s Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation!

Join Fleet Farming Orlando for our bi-monthly Swarm Ride! This is a free community event that invites you out to bike and farm with us in the Audubon Park Community. We meet at East End Market in the front farm, then ride out less than a mile away to resident’s front and back lawns converted into productive farmlettes. For this Swarm, we welcome you to dress up.
Folk Double Header
This event will feature two great bands from Tampa, FL, and North Carolina: 2PM and Rob Nance. Rob Nance On the back of a national tour and an appearance as a 2016 Artist On The Rise at Floydfest, Rob Nance and The Lost Souls look to carry their momentum into 2017 as they ready their newest album, Hymns From The Depths, for a spring release.
