Townie Tourist (Facebook | Website) is a weekly series of tours, hosted by Orlando native Jenny De Witt. De Witt takes viewers on a walking tour of a different neighborhood each Saturday at 10 a.m. and broadcasts it using Facebook Live to Bungalower’s Facebook page.
On Saturday, March 25, the Townie Tourist took a walking tour of the Milk District, one of Orlando’s downtown neighborhoods which is sandwiched between Thornton Park and the Orlando Executive Airport. The funky district gets its name from the T.G. Lee Dairy factory which is located in the middle of the neighborhood.
We would like to thank Robert Soviero, Executive Director of the Milk District Main Street program, for taking a walk with us and helping us to collect 5 buckets of litter.
