The Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens (Facebook | Website) will be hosting a lecture entitled, “Haitian Culture Through the Lens of Art History” on Tuesday, March 14, at 7 p.m..
The event is part of their current exhibit, Contemporary Visions of Frantz Zephirin: Haitian Mystic.
The lecture will be led by Rachel Walton, Rollins College’s Art Librarian, who wrote her thesis on 18th Century Haiti.
