Faiyaz Kara, restaurant critic for Orlando Weekly, has just released a new book called “Gourmet Breakfasts for the Genius.”
Each recipe in the book was contributed by James Beard Award-winning chefs and upper-crust food masterminds, and is accompanied with interesting descriptions, fun charts, and “enlightening narratives” that are meant to help the reader prepare the “ideal gourmet breakfast.”
