Orlando’s own Cat Ridgeway (Instagram) has just released a new music video for her single “Sprinter.”
“Sprinter” is inspired by a friend Ridgeway knew in school who took her own life and is a nod to how much she loved running and fitness. The song is the second track to be released from her upcoming same-titled album, Sprinter, which is expected to be released on March 28.
The Americana singer-songwriter leans into indie and alternative vibes with some stellar vocals in her latest album that looks at her hectic touring life and shines a light on mental health issues and people getting so caught up they don’t know how to slow down and ask for help.
