Jennifer Lopez has canceled her North American tour, which would have kicked off at Orlando’s Kia Center later this month on June 26.
Lopez announced on her website last week that her This Is Me … Live tour was canceled, saying she needed to spend more time with family and friends. All purchases through Ticketmaster were reportedly refunded automatically.
“I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.”

Social media responded with waves of criticism about the decision saying it was in reaction to poor ticket sales and high ticket prices that led to the cancelation. Her latest film, Atlas, has been holding the No. 1 spot on Netflix’s English Films List and is the streaming platform’s most-watched title for the past two weeks.
