The Orange County Public Art Review Board, in cooperation with the Orange County Planning Department, is looking for art submissions for an exhibition called Postcards from the Future.
They are looking for two and three-dimensional artworks that imagine what Orange County could look like in the year 2050 with prompts like, “What do you imagine the county’s neighborhoods or rural areas will look like in 30 years?” Or, “How will we interact, move around, live, work, and play?”
The exhibit ties into the county’s new Vision 2050 Comprehensive Plan that will operate as a guiding document to how the region will grow sustainably through the next few decades.
