Longtime Mills 50-based creative agency, Say It Loud! (Facebook | Website) has moved out of the neighborhood in favor of a new home in Winter Park and is selling its former space at 1121 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].
The orange building is hard to miss, in part because it’s adorned with a custom piece of art featuring ape wizards that we commissioned local artist Schiani Ledo to make back in 2020, and has been home to a number of community events and shin-digs through the years.
The firm is selling its 5,338 SF building for $2.9 million, according to a listing on LoopNet HERE. The one-story building comes with eight parking spaces, offices, a meeting room, a demonstration kitchen, and a large cyclorama (cyc) wall for professional photoshoots.
The property is currently zoned for retail.
Note to any potential buyers, we’ll likely be taking our “Celestial Apes” artwork off the wall before you move in.
