The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (Facebook | Website) hosted a behind-the-scenes open rehearsal, to give a glimpse of Maestro Eric Jacobsen and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra preparing for the opening of their 2016/17 Season. We sent Janessa Gursky to their rehearsal to get a look at how they will be working through the Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev pieces.
Gursky was given a backstage tour where they explained some of the restorations and audio upgrades that have been carried out to accommodate a more symphonic program.
