The building that houses the WestArt District at 1011 W. Central Boulevard [GMap] in Parramore is up for sale.
The 45,000 SF warehouse sits on a two-acre property just west of the Orlando City Soccer Stadium and Creative Village and features 80 parking spaces and access to I-4, the 408, and Colonial Drive.
The WestArt District launched in 2017 as an outdoor graffiti and street art gallery and came under fire from the City of Orlando for having murals that faced nearby residences and the street – which is not kosher according to City Code.
The asking price is $4,500,000.
