Orlando Fringe (Facebook | Website) has launched a new Party Pods program to help encourage social distancing for VIPs at this year’s festival in Loch Haven Park.
Ten numbered 10×10-foot tents will be installed around the Fringe “lawn” area that will be available to rent each day. Every tent comes equipped with a table, four chairs, a personal cooler with ice, a souvenir Fringe beer pitcher, and four cans of a beverage of the tent-renter’s choice. Each tent will be staffed with a personal cocktail server so patrons won’t need to walk to the bar for their drinks.
Tents will be located close to the outdoor stage, some closer to the bar, and some in the back of the green for more privacy. All pods will be sanitized between reservations.
Party Pods are available at $149 per day, 5 p.m.-1 a.m. Monday to Friday, and $249 on Saturday and Sundays.
