A long list of local artists will spend the day on Saturday, February 20 in Thornton Park painting picnic tables.
The picnic tables will be used by the Thornton Park Main Street District in their parklet program and long-term residency at the Osceola Cul-de-sac by Aku Aku and World of Beer – we told you about that program HERE in May 2020 before it was extended through summer 2021.
Artists participating in the painting project include Andrew Spear, Fred Modine, Jaimie Margary, Jonathan Stemberger, Nelson Martin, Paul Minerva, Selfmisomo, Scott Lloyd, Susan Gromala, Suzanne Rose Andrews, and Swamburger.
The event will start at 2 p.m. and feature sets by DJ LaLa, food trucks, outside bars by The Abbey and Aku Aku Tiki Bar, and will be family and dog-friendly.
