The Lake Highland Prep shoe sculpture we wrote about HERE back in April has finally been installed.
The over-sized sneaker was a creation of the school’s Arts League group, who painted all of the tiles by hand and painted the shoe themselves.
The shoe was originally planned to be installed at the corner of Terrence Boulevard and Lake Highland Drive, but the school changed their minds and kept it on campus instead. You can now see it at the corner of Highland Avenue and East Marks Street.
